If you don’t have an option to read your information on a google doc or a carrd, I probably won’t bother trying to read your information at all. I don’t want to risk triggering a migraine.

 004: BASIC PLOTTING:  Due to how my brain works, I find that I do better with replies if there’s some sort of basic plotted dynamic. As such, I’m requiring that everyone who wishes to engage with me start off by filling out my interest form so we can plot some sort of basic dynamic between our character(s). If you’ve been following for a while and you have not filled out the interest form so that we can start the plotting process, I will break mutuals. I’m here for quality of mutuals, not quantity.

 005: BREAKING MUTUALS:  If you wish to break mutuals, I’d prefer if you hard blocked me so I don’t think that tumblr decided to go fucky or whatever. If you have me on discord, delete me on there as well unless we’ve discussed why you have to break moots on a blog ( totally fine! do what you need to for your mental health! ). I promise, I’ll never go after you or get angry if you decide to break mutuals.

 006: TRIGGERING THEMES:  I don’t shy away from triggering themes in my roleplays if they’re involved in my character’s story. The most commonly occurring ones will be highlighted somewhere ( most likely the pinned post ) and more than likely not tagged ( unless in images ) , although I will tag the bigger triggering topics ( death, major illness, etc ). Please be sure to read and curate your space accordingly.

 007: SHIPPING:  I, personally, absolutely love shipping. I love to do a variety of ships, from cute and fluffy to toxic and abusive. Please know that I appreciate all of my current ships and I love all of my shipping partners. However, if you expect your ship to be given absolute number one priority, then that may be a problem because I’m unable to give every single one of the ships on my blog that number one priority. There’s always going to be that one ship that sits above the rest. If this is going to be an issue, I completely understand and I’ll understand if you don’t want to ship with me because of it.

 008: FORMATTING:  I don’t care how you format as long as I can read it. I like to format with a static icon banner, small text, and the occasional colored text ( color applied to bold and italic words and to quotation marks ). If I need to change my formatting so that you can see it better, please tell me. I am more than happy to drop aspects of formatting or drop the formatting altogether to make it easier and more accessible for you.

 009: ON SMUT:  While I have no issue with anyone writing smut, I’ve decided that I’m personally not comfortable with writing it myself unless I know and am comfortable with the person in question. For the majority of people, I will fade to black once it hits a certain point.

Peter's Power -- The first and most notable change that I'm making is the issue surrounding Peter's power change when he injected himself with the serum that gave him a synthetic ability. Instead of changing his ability, it actually him his original ability back. However, due to the intense traumas that he had just endured at his father's hands and the fact that it brought back of all the mental and emotional abuse that he had endured from Arthur over his life, it caused it to manifest differently due to his mental state. Thanks to the traumas, Peter was a lot angrier and a lot more closed off than he was during season one.

Peter was never really given a chance to breathe and heal in the year following due to the issues with the government, burying himself in trying to save people via being a paramedic, then discovering Nathan's death and the cover up around it, then the whole thing with the carnival.

It isn't until he and Gabriel begin to really grow close and fall in love that Peter starts to heal and begins to open up again. Once Peter starts on his path of healing and opening up, his ability begins to grow once more and begins to manifest in the way it originally did in season one.

When Peter realized that Claire was going to expose them all, he ran to try and stop her. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to make it in time because he realized what she was doing too late. Claire's actions at the carnival and exposing everyone was the first major crack in their relationship and only further added strain to their relationship, which didn't help later on when he took in Gabriel.

Peter and Claire begin to have a strained relationship shortly after the events of Brave New World due to the fact that he invites Gabriel Grey ( formerly known as Sylar ) to live with him. Their relationship completely falls apart when Peter and Gabriel officially become a couple.

Peter and Angela's relationship become incredibly strained after Peter and Gabriel become closer and after Peter begins to process the abuse he endured over his life. While they still have a sort of relationship, especially since Peter is the only living child that Angela still has, they are not close at all.

Peter's apartment that we see in season 4 is actually Gabriel's apartment that we see in flashbacks. He was oblivious of the connection until Gabriel tells him later when Gabe moves in.

Brave New World.ㅤ This verse takes place post season 4. For better or worst ( definitely worst ), Claire has exposed evolved humans to the world. Peter and Gabriel Gray have moved in together and are struggling to try and live a normal life, despite everything that's going on. Peter's determined to make the best of a shitty situation, even as the everything falls apart around him.

Save the Cheerleader.ㅤ Peter is struggling to find a place in a world that's always been cold towards him. He feels like he's always been destined for so much more, despite everyone around him constantly telling him that he's crazy for feeling that. These feelings of something more are confirmed when he begins to manifest abilities that he's absorbed from those around him and finds himself on the path to save the cheerleader, save the world.

season 1 verse.

The Lost Months.ㅤ Thanks to the ability that he got from Claire, Peter survived the explosion and was taken in by the Company. They convinced Peter that he was incredibly dangerous, something that was easy to do due to the guilt that he felt for the damage that he very nearly caused. Bob Bishop, Elle's father, told him that they were developing a cure for his "disease" and that he needed to stay in their facility. They gave him what they called "Haitian pills" to help suppress his abilities. Peter, being the good hearted soul that he is, fully believed them. That is until a man calling himself Adam Monroe began to convince him otherwise.

season 2, part 1 verse.

Searching for Answers.ㅤ Peter wakes up in Cork, Ireland, chained up in a shipping crate. A local thug named Ricky McKenna took him in and, after a lengthy 'discussion,' realized that Peter wasn't lying when he said that he didn't remember anything prior to waking up in that container. He and Ricky's younger sister Caitlyn grows close and becomes lovers and Peter starts to think that maybe he doesn't want to find out who he was prior to his memory loss. However, when Ricky is killed, Peter and Caitlyn are pushed into leaving Ireland and go on a search to figure out who Peter was prior to his memory loss and what exactly caused it.

season 2, part 2 verse.

An Unexpected Twist.ㅤ Peter finds himself sealed in the body of a dangerous prisoner locked deep in the Company after his future self shot Nathan in order to prevent him from revealing the existence of people with abilities to the world. He desperately tries to get someone, anyone, to believe him. However, he finds himself on the run with other dangerous criminals after Elle unintentionally knocks out the power. The days pass in a blur before he's saved by Noah Bennet only to be kidnapped by his future self to see what the future is like when the formula gets out and everyone becomes "special." It all culminates in the ultimate betrayal: the discovery that Arthur Petrelli isn't dead and the theft of his abilities from his father.

season 3, part 1 verse.

Man on the Run.ㅤ Peter tried his best to establish a normal life for himself. No more being a big savior guy. Just focus on the little things. However, he once more finds himself facing betrayal as he realizes that Nathan has turned his back on his "own people" and is working with the government to round up those with abilities. Day by day, his entire world unravels around him as he struggles to run from the government and to tear apart the monster his brother has had a hand in creating. Despite his own building rage at a lifetime of lies and betrayals from those he cares most about, he continues to help his mother and his friends escape government custody and evade Danko's agents. He eventually reunites with his brother at Coyote Sands and discovers the truth about their mother's past. It all culminates in the destruction of Danko's organization and the death of "Sylar," although Peter and Claire are unaware of the truth that Angela, Noah Bennet, and Matt Parkman have hidden from them.

season 3, part 2 verse.

Finding Footing.ㅤ This picks up six weeks after "Sylar's" death. Peter has absolutely buried himself in his work and has shut himself off from "Nathan" and Angela, using the enhanced speed and reflexes that he got from Mohinder Suresh to save lives. He also began to learn how to fight in order not to depend on his abilities as much. He's pretty much shut himself off from everyone else, his mental health quietly falling apart after everything that he's endured over the past couple of years. He's exhausted and is tired of constantly being lied to and betrayed. Unfortunately, Peter is pulled back into everything once more when he's targeted by Samuel. He tries to ignore the call and even tries to reunite with Angela and "Nathan," only to realize that his mother only cares about Nathan. When he learns the truth about what Angela did, he goes a little crazy and attacks Sylar, only to allow the other man to get away after going through the various stages of grief during the attack. Eventually, after realizing that he can't escape this mess, he has a vision of Sylar saving Emma and goes to find him only to find Matt Parkman in the middle of trying to brick him up in the basement. He tries to save him only to find himself sealed in the mental world with him. After what feels like years, the two of them grow close and work out their differences ( for the most part ) and escape together only to discover that it'd only been hours. Together, they team up with the others at Samuel's carnival and ultimately stop him but are unable to stop Claire from her stupidest mistake to date.

season 4 verse.

Gone in a Flash.ㅤ Nathan didn't develop morals, resulting in him and Angela leaving Peter to explode and destroy New York City and Claire wasn't able to stop Peter in time. Deeply guilt ridden for the many, many lives that he'd taken, Peter went into hiding in Vegas and allowed the infamous Sylar to take the fall. Feeling betrayed, he cut off contact with Nathan and Angela and Noah forced him to cut contact with Claire "for her own safety." In the beginning, he was a leader of the resistance, but pulled away after more lives were lost under his leadership. He couldn't handle the guilt any longer. He now resides in Vegas, one of the last strongholds for those with abilities. He provides sanctuary for those who follow his rules and keeps himself out of trouble.
